Classic Blueberry Muffins

Moist classic blueberry muffins made with fresh or frozen blueberries and topped with a sweet streusel crumble.

Everyone should have a go-to blueberry muffin recipe.

A coworker of mine asked if I had a blueberry muffin recipe the other day, and I was embarrassed to admit that I didn't...

So I did a bunch of research and a bunch of tests (I've been handing out muffins to everyone lol) and finally feel ready to share my recipe for classic blueberry muffins.

They're guaranteed to be moist, can be made with fresh or frozen berries (use what you've got or whatever is in season) and are topped with plenty of crumble - because what's a blueberry muffin without crumble?

Make them for brunch, share them with friends, or make a batch to stock your freezer. I hope they become your new go-to :)

This classic blueberry muffin recipe...

  • is guaranteed to be moist thanks to the addition of sour cream in the batter,
  • uses fresh or frozen berries,
  • and is topped with plenty of tasty crumble!

As always, happy baking!

Ways to Support Fickle Bea Bakehouse

First of all, if you're signed up for this newsletter, you're already supporting my blog in one of the best ways possible - thank you for being here!

If you're wondering how to further support my blog, here are some great places to start:

  1. If you try a recipe, leave a review (even if you didn't like how it came out - all feedback helps!). I know it sounds silly, but leaving a review helps a ton. If someone sees my recipe on Google and sees that it has at least one review, they're much more likely to engage with my site. The more reviews, the better! It builds trust with the reader and helps them know what to expect.
  2. Share recipes with your friends! If you like a recipe, feel free to share it with those in your circle who might also enjoy it.
  3. Follow along on social media. If social media isn't your thing, don't worry about this one!
  4. Leave me a tip with my virtual tip jar. Tips are never expected, but always appreciated!

I appreciate and am grateful for all of your support and love sharing my recipes with you!
