Malted Nutella Blondies

A rich and gooey layer of Nutella sandwiched between layers of white chocolate blondie batter. The edge pieces have the perfect amount of chew while the center pieces are perfectly gooey. Perfect when cut into small squares (they're pretty rich), these go fast!

It's the beginning of the best time of year.

Don't get me wrong, I love the feeling of summer (especially after months and months of winter), but pulling my sweaters out of deep hibernation in my (admittedly very) messy closet is my favorite. Give me all the layers and I will thrive.

The tail end of summer was busy with multiple visits from family and friends, finishing up some yard projects (this is still tbd), and trying to nail down this recipe.

I tested these Malted Nutella Blondies while some family members were visiting and they all gave it a thumbs up, so, after six rounds of testing and way too many tubs of Nutella, I'm very excited to share this Malted Nutella Blondies recipe with you.

I hope you bring it to your football parties (is that what they call them? I'm not a sports person...) and bonfires. Cheers to fall :)

This Malted Nutella Blondies recipe...

  • uses white chocolate blondie batter that gives perfectly chewy edge pieces with perfectly gooey centers,
  • has a thick layer of Nutella that gets perfectly melty,
  • is sure to impress family and friends.

As always, happy baking!

-Sierra

Ways to Support Fickle Bea Bakehouse

First of all, if you're signed up for this newsletter, you're already supporting my blog in one of the best ways possible - thank you for being here!

If you're wondering how to further support my blog, here are some great places to start:

  1. If you try a recipe, leave a review (even if you didn't like how it came out - all feedback helps!). I know it sounds silly, but leaving a review helps a ton. If someone sees my recipe on Google and sees that it has at least one review, they're much more likely to engage with my site. The more reviews, the better! It builds trust with the reader and helps them know what to expect.
  2. Share recipes with your friends! If you like a recipe, feel free to share it with those in your circle who might also enjoy it.
  3. Follow along on social media. If social media isn't your thing, don't worry about this one!
  4. Leave me a tip with my virtual tip jar. Tips are never expected, but always appreciated!

I appreciate and am grateful for all of your support and love sharing my recipes with you!
